The DESI European Department for security and information Service supports the security measures in Lebanon in terms of combating terrorism and diplomatic and judicial frameworks:
Honorary President of the European Department for Security and Information (DESI) Admiral Rinaldo Veri stated that the Government and the Arm Forces of Lebanon are doing great job to put an end to the terrorists and Takfiri’s groups as well as preventing the community from any harassment as a results of their assaults. In a communication with the Secretary General of DESI and Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission Amb. Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, Admiral Veri quoted the needs to find and undertake strong action to support the work of the Lebanese Foreign Policies and Judicial aspect drawn by the Minister Gebran Bassil and Minister Judge Salim Jraysati to stop interference and political pressure in the internal situation and speed up the work of the protocols submitted through the Lebanese Embassy in Rome and through the Lebanese judicial police on the issue of cyber security sent by PRESIDENT/ Editorial Director Luciano Consorti which will be a great factor to detect the crimes in which the use of the Internet by the armed groups Takfiri. Admiral Veri added that the Cyber Security Project being elaborated by DESI is compatible with the majority of international systems in use today by the United Nations and NATO, covered and under control by international specialists.
