.توجه اليوم الثلاثاء ٢٧ نوفمبر 2018 وفد من الأحزاب والشخصيات الوطنية المصرية إلى السفارة البرازيلية,بناءا على موعد مع السفير لتقديم رسالة , وقع عليها 14 حزبا و6 منظمات وعدد كبير من الشخصيات الوطنية , إلى الحكومة البرازيلية عبر سفارتها في القاهرة, تحذر من التصريحات التي أدلى بها الرئيس البرازيلي المنتخب, والخاصة بنقل سفارتهم في إسرائيل للقدس، وتذكر بقرارات الشرعية والمنظمات الدولية بخصوص وضع مدينة القدس كمدينة تحت الاحتلال، وتوكد أيضا على مواقف الحكومات البرازيلية المختلفة من رفض الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية للحقوق الفلسطينية، وتنبه الى الأضرار التي يمكن أن تلحقها مثل هذه الخطوة بالعلاقات بين الشعوب العربية والشعب البرازيلي , وكان اللقاء إيجابيا وتفهم السفير أسباب الاحتجاج، ووعد بنقل الرسالة إلى وزير الخارجية والحكومة، وقال إن سياسة البرازيل ترتكز إلى ثوابت الالتزام بالقانون الدولى والحرص على العلاقات البرازيلية ، العربية ولا تناثر بالتصريحات الانتخابية.
وقد تم ترجمة الرسالة إلى اللغات الإنجليزية والبرتغالية والاسبانية.

Your Excellency Ambassador of the Federal republic of Brazil in Egypt
The political parties and the Egyptian public figures signing
this statement deplore in the strongest of terms the intention of Mr.Jair Bolsonaro the President Elect of Brazil to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to move the Brazilian embassy from Tel Aviv to the Holy City upon his assumption of office.
This intention is a flagrant violation of several Un General Assembly resolutions, including a most recent one of the UN General Assembly on December 21, 2017. It also ignores well-established principles of international law which prohibits annexation of occupied territories by force. Moreover it departs from the constant support by former Brazilian governments to the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and jeopardizes the friendly relations between Brazilian government and peace-loving peoples. By taking this stand the Brazilian government risks isolation in the international community on this issue.
We strongly urge you to communicate to your government and your future president our strong feeling of indignation and disappointment at this declared intention to undertake such unfriendly measure that puts your government against the firm stand of the vast majority of peoples and governments of the world.
