فى لقاء مثمر بين شخصية تتمتع بالعلم والكاريزما الطاغية وبحضورعدد كبير من التمريض وموظفى المستشفى التعليمى العالمى بجامعة طنطا كانت الندوة بعنوان
” تنمية الموارد البشرية ” وذلك لتوسيع الجانب الفكرى لدى الحضور وتزويدهم بالمعلومات اللازمة بما لهم من حقوق وما عليهم من واجبات فكل موظف بالدولة له حقوقة التى يكفلها له القانون وعليه أن يُطالب بها فى نطاق ما يخصه وحسب وفى المقابل ضرورة مُراعاة الواجبات التى تقطضيها كل وظيفه وضرورة الإلتزام بها
وفى هذا النطاق تحدث د/ حسين خضر عن أجازات الموظف بشكل عام والأجازات الخاصة وكذلك حول إصابات العمل وكيفية إثباتها بالطرق القانوينة أيضا تحدث عن الجزاءات التى يُمكن أن تُطبق على كل موظف طبقاً لقانون الخدمة المدنية الجديد
وتم فتح باب المناقشه والأسئلة للحضور
وفى النهاية تقدم بالشكر للقائمين على الندوة وكذلك لمديرة إدارة ” شئون العاملين ” أ/ هناء رفعت العطار
وحصل الجميع على وعد من الدكتور / حسين خضر بالأ تكون تلك المحاضرة هى الأخيرة من نوعها بل ستكون هناك سلسلة من اللقاءات المثمرة الجادة لزيادة الوعى الفكرى والعقلى لدى الموظف حتى يستغل وظيفته على النحو الأفضل

In a fruitful meeting between a person who enjoys the knowledge and the tyrannical charisma and in the presence of a large number of nurses and employees of the International Teaching Hospital at Tanta University,
“Human resources development” in order to expand the intellectual side of the audience and provide them with the necessary information with their rights and duties. Every employee in the state has rights guaranteed by law and must claim them within the scope of his / her duties. Commitment
In this context, Dr. Hussein Khader talked about the employee’s vacations in general and special holidays as well as about work injuries and how to prove them by legal means also talked about the penalties that can be applied to each employee under the new civil service law

Finally, he thanked the participants of the seminar as well as the director of the “Personnel Affairs Department” / Hanaa Refaat Al-Attar
And everyone received a promise from Dr. / Hussein Khader that this lecture is the last of its kind, but there will be a series of fruitful meetings serious to increase the intellectual and mental awareness of the employee to take advantage of his job as best
